We are Carson & Sam, Partners that are wildly passionate about homebuilding.
we like to think of ourselves as two rad humans, who find joy in working with amazing people to create not just a house, but a home.
Since We absolutely love all stages of the process, we might nerd out a little on mechanical systems, function and flow, paint colours…
Basically we’re saying that we’ve done this once or twice and really really love doing it. Home building that is.

Carson, C.E.T, Red Seal Carpenter
Co-Founder // Construction Management
The master of all things construction!
Carson has grown up in a family of carpenters, RECEIVED his red seal shortly after high school and dove straight into homebuilding. AFTER MANY YEARS OF HANDS ON EXPERIENCE, AND RUNNING HIS OWN COMPANY - HE WENT BACK TO SCHOOL TO FILL HIS TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING and play with some bigger toys.
CARSON HAS HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING ON ZILLIONs of PROJECTS THAT RANGE FROM TINY RENOVATIONS TO LARGE SCALE industrial PROJECTS.
He has a keen eye for detail and isn’t ever ok sacrificing quality. But for our clients, picky is a good thing!
WHEN HE’S NOT DIVING INTO WORK - YOU’LL FIND HIM CAMPING, CHASING the kids, OR ENJOYING A HOT CUP OF COFFEE. He’s a busy body and enjoys always having a project on the go!
Samantha (Sam), CPA
Co-Founder // Business Operations
The guru of finance and business operations.
Sam has completed her degree, with a major in accounting, right here in the Okanagan Valley. From there it led her through the world of corporate project management, financial accounting, small business advisory, and lastly - financial guru for an epic homebuilder. to say she wasn’t built for this would be a stretch.
Sam completed her CPA designation in May 2021.
besides all the fancy stuff, she’s been spending her spare time learning from carson. She isn’t afraid to climb a ladder to help with siding, drive a skid steer, or jump on the chop saw.
You can expect some solid financial updates throughout CONSTRUCTION and epic project management.
outside of work, you’ll find her cooking, likely drinking (room temperature ) coffee, and outside catching as much Vitamin d as possible!
